Prenatal Yoga
Classes are geared to all levels and any stage of pregnancy. We will explore a variety of poses with modifications for the pregnant body. Learn exercises to cultivate flexibility, calm and confidence in preparation for labour and childbirth. Please bring a PARmed-X for Pregnancy form signed by your doctor to the first class. Please also bring a Yoga mat with you.

Build–n-Burn
Bring your training to the next level! This hard-core program will help you build muscle (the first 40 min) and burn fat (the last 40 min). The unique pre-fatiguing allows for optimal muscle building and fat burning. Progress is tracked throughout, along with nutritional handouts and fitness education.
