Chair Yoga &
Shabbat Chair Yoga
As the practice of yoga becomes more popular, we come to recognize its benefits, including improvements in balance, strength and flexibility. This gentle form of yoga replaces the yoga mat with a chair. You will be guided to hold stretches in modified versions of traditional Yoga poses.
